As we build a quote for you, we will record information to enable us to provide the services that you have requested. This might include the nature of your event, the venue, the date, the equipment requested and the cost of providing our services for your event.

We will use your information to provide to contact you to discuss your event, to provide the service which you have requested and to compete contractual processes such as sending you an invoice. We may also contact your after your event to request your opinions on how well we serviced your event.


We may take images at your event. These may include photos and video footage. These images may be used on our website, social media, venue brochures or be sent to prospective clients.
